These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rbagi platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and rbagi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of rbagi.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services available on the platform. These Terms apply to all users located in Bangladesh as well as any other jurisdiction from which access is permitted.
By accessing, browsing, or using rbagi in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies or guidelines we publish from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility
Who May Use rbagi
To create an account and use the rbagi platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. rbagi does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the laws in their jurisdiction.
- You must be a natural person (individual), not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must not be a resident of or accessing rbagi from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of rbagi, or a close relative of such a person.
2. Account Registration
Registration Requirements
When registering an account with rbagi, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- Each individual may hold only one active rbagi account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
- You must register using your own valid Bangladesh mobile number. The mobile number used for registration will also be used for withdrawal processing via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to operate your account.
- rbagi reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal request.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords sent via SMS. rbagi will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any unauthorised third party who gains access through your negligence — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact rbagi support immediately at [email protected].
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Conditions
All deposits made to an rbagi account must comply with the following conditions:
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. rbagi may adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods.
- Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
- rbagi does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals from an rbagi account are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds, or to the mobile number registered on the account for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This may include submission of a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.
- Withdrawal requests for amounts that carry an active bonus wagering requirement attached cannot be processed until the wagering requirement is fully met.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus Terms
rbagi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:
- Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses may only be used on the games or game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to the wagering requirement and any winnings from such play may be voided.
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- rbagi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or manipulation of the promotion by the player.
5. Prohibited Conduct
rbagi maintains strict rules of conduct to protect the integrity of the platform for all users. Any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance (including real-money balance), and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
Prohibited Actions Include
- Creating or operating more than one account per individual (including using different mobile numbers, device identities, or payment methods to disguise multiple accounts).
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including match-fixing or coordinated betting.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain.
- Using automated software (bots, scripts, macros) to interact with any part of the platform, including game interfaces, deposit flows, or bonus claim processes.
- Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal or fraudulent sources, including money laundering.
- Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with rbagi support.
rbagi's determination of prohibited conduct is final. Players who disagree with an enforcement decision may contact [email protected] in writing with the relevant account details and a description of the disputed action. rbagi will review such communications and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Responsible Gaming
rbagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — if it stops being enjoyable, or if you feel you are losing control, please use the tools available in your account or contact our support team.
Player Protection Tools
All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from the account dashboard:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your rbagi account.
- Session time reminders — set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
- Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the rbagi platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible and take effect immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on rbagi.org — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of rbagi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of rbagi.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the rbagi platform or its content for any commercial purpose without express written consent from rbagi. Game content displayed on the platform is owned by the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and is subject to their own intellectual property terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, even if rbagi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
rbagi makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, that games will be free from errors, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to rbagi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rbagi's aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
9. Termination and Suspension
rbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, at its sole discretion if rbagi has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the account holder has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; (c) the account holder has provided false information; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.
Players may close their own account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account (after any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Account closure does not release a player from any obligations under these Terms that arose prior to closure.
10. Amendments to These Terms
rbagi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practical, we may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Your continued use of the rbagi platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9.
11. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with recognised arbitration procedures. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
